We are all about care and caring.

Plus knowledge, experience, ease, and flexibility.

Our Story

The Mensana Center was founded in 2000 by Dr. Silvio Burcescu, a board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to improving access to consistent, high-quality mental health care. What began as a local clinic has grown to include in-office care, telehealth, and on-site psychiatric services in assisted living and adult care facilities. Over the years, the Mensana Center has brought support to individuals who may not otherwise have access to reliable care.
